Terms & Conditions

Booking notice

Your card will be required when booking to hold your appointment and will be charged in order to secure the appointment. If you cancel before 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be refunded.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment to avoid losing your $150 booking deposit.

Corrections of other artists work - Previously Tattooed Eyebrows

Many new clients ask us to correct or refresh the permanent makeup that was applied by someone else. We do not always perform procedures to cover old permanent makeup. We don't "touch up" brows previously done by another artist. New clients are always scheduled and charged for a full service.

Please text us your photo(s) to 310-867-4885 or ask about a consultation. Make sure you send us clear pictures in natural daylight of each eyebrow in front & side view, along with a portrait.

In many cases, those corrections are challenging, because it involves unknowns like brand and composition of the pigments used by the original practitioner, color, shape, fading, your skin's natural pigmentation, length of time since most recent application, and more. Because of this, we cannot guaranty a specific result or determine how many removal or color correction sessions you might need.

We can usually improve the appearance. We price this service as a new application if additional work is required we charge each visit like touch up according to standard touch up rates (see below under Touch Up section)

Policy

Providing great customer service is our number one goal. We respect your time and ours. Due to the nature of the services we have policies that need to be followed to have a satisfactory experience every time you visit us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Consultation

Consultation is mandatory before any first-time procedure, especially if you have had permanent makeup by someone else. During 30-40 minutes of the consultation, your skin can be inspected up close. We assess your skin type and discuss the desired look. Since this is at least a two-step process and it is hard to predict your healing ability, please consider any upcoming special events that might affect your scheduling. We ask you to come for the consultation with realistic expectations.

Important Notice

Your card will be required when booking to hold your appointment, however, it will not be charged until the day of your appointment. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a fee of $150 to cover partial loss of the appointment.

Deposit

Deposit is required for all appointments. It is applied to the cost of your procedure and holds your appointment. The deposit is $150 for a single PMU procedure, $60 for all massage and lamination/tint services. This deposit is to ensure that you are serious about scheduling your appointment.

In case you need to reschedule, we require a call 48 hours in advance. 

If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours your deposit will not be applied to the cost of treatment. It will be forfeited.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cancel or do not show up for a scheduled appointment your deposit is forfeited. Arriving 30 minutes after the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show..

You will get a text message 24 hours before the planned visit. Please make sure to confirm your appointment.

General Rules

No one is allowed in the procedure room at the time of your visit unless you need help to communicate. We adhere to CA Health Dept. rules and regulations to maintain a space that is disinfected and free of as many pathogens as possible for the health of our clients and our artists

Children under 18 are not allowed to have permanent makeup procedures.

Healed results will vary with each client. No guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to achieve optimal results. Additional charges may be applied.

Appointments

We are and appointment-only studio.

We require a credit card number to hold an appointment.

The card will only be charged in the case of a no-show up or late notice cancellation.

​

Touch-Up: Perfecting Sessions

Please note that we only offer Touch-Ups for loyal clients (new clients are not eligible for Touch-Up pricing).

It is your responsibility to book a touch-up in advance.

You must schedule a touch-up during your initial session or run the risk of a later booking, possibly resulting in a touch up fee.

Refunds

No full or partial refunds will be given after the service has already started as tattoos are not physical, tangible items. A significant time will be spent between you and your artist during the consultation portion of the appointment prior to treatment. This is the time to be as clear and specific as possible as to what your goals are, and your artist will provide you with realistic expectations as to what she will be able to achieve.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will be charged $150 or $60, depending on service canceled. If the card payment does not go through, you will be sent an invoice to be paid within 30 days.

Tardiness

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment. We cannot guarantee that you will be seen if you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment. Arrival 30 minutes or later after your appointment time will be. considered a no-show and will be charged the $150 no show fee. A new deposit must be made if you choose to reschedule your appointment.

Tipping

We understand that your treatment is already an investment All tips are much appreciated but not expected. If you feel that exceptional service has been provided and would like to , you may tip your artist using any of our accepted payment methods (VISA/MC, cash, Apple Pay, Venmo, or PayPal).

Taxes

For your convenience, tax is included in the price of the service.

​

Contraindications

We may require a doctor’s release note to perform treatments on clients with certain pre-existing conditions. We do not perform treatments on women who are pregnant or nursing, or on anyone who is under the age of 18.

​

Discounts

Discount (if any) will be applied on the day of your appointment. Discounts cannot be combined. When multiple discounts are active, the highest discount will be applied.
